BOET India is looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to support our expansion across major Indian cities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads and introducing them to BOET's premium range of Spanish faucets. Key Responsibilities Research and collect contact details of architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and distributors using Google, LinkedIn, industry directories, and relevant online platforms. Make outbound calls to the identified prospects and professionally introduce BOET India and its product range. Pitch the brand's value proposition and explain why BOET is a premium and reliable choice. Maintain and update daily call reports, lead sheets, and CRM entries. Coordinate with the sales team and schedule follow-up calls or meetings when required. Understand basic product details to answer initial questions from prospects. Achieve weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (any additional regional language is a plus). Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making large volumes of outbound calls. Basic understanding of Google search, lead research, and data entry. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business development preferred (FMCG, building materials, or interior products is a plus). Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
