Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Provide accurate information about consultancy services.
Handle inbound client queries and follow-ups.
Maintain call records and client data properly.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and productivity targets.
Build and maintain good client relationships.
Coordinate with counsellors for client appointments.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer support preferred.
Confident, polite, and convincing phone manner.
Ability to achieve productivity targets.
Basic knowledge of computer and CRM systems.
