Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Ability to handle outbound & inbound calls confidently Good listening skills and customer-handling experience Ability to explain products/services clearly to customers Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, calling software) Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet daily/weekly targets Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and maintain call quality Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy Prior telecalling, sales, or customer service experience preferred
