Key responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation:

Initiate outbound calls to introduce and promote logistics services, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Customer Support:

Handle inbound calls to answer customer questions about services, rates, and shipment tracking, and provide tailored solutions.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve customer complaints, delays, or issues with a problem-solving mindset.

Key qualifications

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and convincing demeanor.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant telecommunication tools.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is often the minimum requirement, though some roles may ask for more.

Experience:

Prior experience in customer service or sales, particularly in logistics, can be beneficial.
