We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Telecaller Executive
with experience in the automobile sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of automotive products/services, and experience in lead calling, customer follow-up, and basic sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Calling & Lead Handling
Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads from the database.
Explain product details related to automobiles (used vehicles, commercial vehicles, EVs, or services).
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable options.
Capture customer interest and generate qualified leads.
2. Follow-ups & Conversion Support
Perform regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Share updates on pricing, offers, availability, and vehicle details.
Coordinate with the sales team for test drives, showroom visits, and deal closures.
Maintain strong conversion success through proper communication.
3. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain call logs, customer details, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads generated, and follow-up status.
Ensure accuracy and timely updates of customer information.
4. Customer Support & Relationship Building
Handle incoming queries and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage future sales.
Assist in resolving customer concerns or redirecting them to the relevant department.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in telecalling/calling operations in the
automobile industry
(cars, commercial vehicles, EV, or used vehicles).
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Basic understanding of automobile products, features, and sales process.
Ability to handle high-volume calling and meet daily calling targets.
Knowledge of CRM, Excel, or basic data entry tools.
Strong follow-up ability and customer-first approach.
