Roles & Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records accurately. Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets set by the company.

Skills Required:



Good communication skills (Hindi/English or as required). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Ability to handle customer concerns politely and professionally. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good listening and problem-solving skills.
