We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Telecaller
to join our travel company. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, convert enquiries into bookings, and maintain strong customer relationships. You must be confident, good at communication, and passionate about helping clients plan memorable trips.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages.
Handle inbound queries regarding domestic and international travel.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel services.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to process bookings.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Maintain a positive and professional tone with customers.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of travel destinations & tour packages (training will be provided).
Good command of Hindi and English.
Ability to handle customer objections and queries confidently.
Strong follow-up skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications
12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
