Role Overview
As a Tele caller Executive at Anytime Invest, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and engagement. You will reach out to prospective clients, understand their financial goals, and introduce them to our range of services. Your role will directly contribute to expanding our client base, especially in retail segments, and increasing the number of clients for our investment products.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote to customer.
Handle inbound queries from interested individuals about our services, app, and membership plans.
Understand customer needs (e.g., goal planning, wealth creation) and educate them about relevant financial solutions.
Follow sales scripts and adapt conversations to suit different customer profiles.
Collect lead information, update CRM, and maintain accurate call logs.
Set up appointments for financial advisors / relationship managers to further engage leads.
Follow up with warm leads, share informational content, and nurture interest over time.
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead qualification.
Escalate complex queries or compliance-related issues to senior team members.
Provide feedback on lead quality, objection trends, and customer concerns to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum high school / intermediate qualification; a Bachelor's degree (especially in finance, business, or related fields) is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer outreach role -- preferably in financial services.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional language (if required).
Good understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, equity, and insurance (or willingness to learn).
Basic computer literacy: comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and web-based platforms.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with resilience to rejection.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over calls.
