Position: Telecaller (Lead Calling & Coordination)

Location: 35, First Floor, C4F Janakpuri, New Delhi - 110058

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential leads generated from online ads and campaigns.

Provide clear information about business/franchise opportunities.

Maintain and update lead sheets, follow-up records, and responses.

Coordinate with the sales team for warm leads.

Answer client questions with patience and professionalism.

Eligibility:

Must be fluent in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).

Confident and polite tone on phone calls.

Minimum 12th pass, preferably with telecalling or customer care experience.

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Candidates from nearby areas like Janakpuri, Sagar Pur, Uttam Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Dwarka, and Palam will be preferred.

West Delhi residents highly preferred.
