Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to inquiries received through social media, website, or other platforms.
Handle
inbound calls
and provide accurate information about treatments and services.
Schedule
consultation appointments
with doctors and follow up with patients.
Maintain and update the
patient database/CRM
regularly.
Assist patients with appointment reminders, rescheduling, and post-treatment follow-ups.
Coordinate with the clinic team for seamless patient experience.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling patient queries.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
12th pass or Graduate.
Excellent communication skills
in English and Hindi.
Pleasant, confident, and empathetic personality.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or Excel.
Prior experience in a
clinic, hospital, or healthcare setup
preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
