We are seeking an Inbound Telecaller from an eCommerce background to handle customer queries and support requests. The candidate will manage inbound calls, assist customers with product details, order status, returns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products, orders, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely responses.
Requirements:
Experience in inbound calling or customer support in eCommerce.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM tools).
Customer-oriented attitude with patience and professionalism.
Qualification:
Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience
