Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients and pitch digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Branding, Social Media, etc.)
Generate qualified leads
through calling, follow-ups, and maintaining a proper database.
Clearly
communicate the value and benefits
of our marketing solutions to potential clients.
Schedule meetings and
convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain daily call logs, lead sheets, and reporting formats.
Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve monthly sales and lead targets.
Participate in
lead generation campaigns
and support the marketing team in prospect outreach.
Maintain a professional tone and strong understanding of our services while interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 month to 1 year of experience
in telecalling, cold calling, or BPO/lead generation role.
Excellent
communication and convincing skills
in English and Hindi.
Confident, target-oriented, and result-driven personality.
Good understanding of
digital marketing services
(training can be provided).
Basic knowledge of
Google Sheets, CRM tools
, or lead tracking systems.
Ability to handle rejections positively and keep high motivation.
Bonus: Experience in running or managing
lead generation campaigns
on social media or Google Ads.
