Job Description

Outbound calls:

Proactively contact potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, or schedule appointments.

Inbound calls:

Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and handle incoming calls from interested clients.

Sales:

Persuade customers to make purchases or take desired actions, and process orders.

Customer service:

Address customer complaints and issues, resolve problems, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, update databases, and generate reports on sales and customer feedback.

Lead management:

Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
