Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and confident

Telecaller

to join our Skin Clinic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in handling client interactions, appointment bookings, and service inquiries in a clinic or wellness setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to promote clinic services and treatments. Provide detailed information about skin care procedures, offers, and consultation availability. Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments. Maintain proper client data, call logs, and appointment records. Achieve set targets for lead conversion and appointment bookings. Handle client queries and concerns with patience and professionalism. Coordinate with the front desk and doctors for smooth day-to-day operations. Follow up with clients post-treatment for feedback and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in a skin clinic, salon, spa, or healthcare setup. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Pleasant voice, confident, and customer service-oriented. Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or telecalling software. Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Polite, persuasive, and result-driven personality.
