Make outbound calls to prospective clients, partners, and event participants.
Share information about IHW Council programs, events, and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide required information.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for event registration, sponsorship leads, and collaborations.
Represent the organization professionally and uphold its mission and values.
