We are looking for a talented and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

Explain IVF services clearly and persuasively.

Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversions.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele calling/Customer Service / counsellor (Preferred in IVF/Healthcare industry).

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Data Entry).

Hardworking, self-motivated, and team player.
