We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Tele caller
with experience in the education industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, generating leads, following up on prospects, and assisting the counselling team in achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote education programs (India and abroad).
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, messages, and emails.
Explain course details, admission process, eligibility, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Maintain daily call records, follow-up schedules, and CRM data updates.
Work closely with admission counsellors to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude while interacting with students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in the education or overseas education sector (mandatory).
Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Good understanding of educational programs and admission processes.
Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or Excel reporting.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in

or

Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
