Handle client calls and inquiries in a professional manner (both incoming and outgoing).
Provide accurate information about the company's software development services and solutions.
Understand client requirements, record details, and coordinate with the business development/technical team.
Promote services through effective communication and generate qualified leads.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team and ensure proper follow-up.
Maintain call logs, client interaction records, and lead status in the CRM.
Resolve queries, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (experience in IT/software services is an advantage).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical services in simple terms.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
