Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
0-4 years in tele calling or customer service (freshers welcome).
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in [languages required, e.g., English and Hindi].
