Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic

Senior Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, nurturing client relationships. The role demands excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into business opportunities. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel sheets). Follow up with prospective clients via calls, messages, or emails. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate service information. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion strategies. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity and performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good listening skills and ability to handle objections. Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any field Minimum

2-4 years of telecalling/inside sales experience

Job Type: Full-time (On-site). Location: Netaji Subhash Place , Pitampura , Delhi Working Hours: 9:45 am to 6 pm Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
