Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries from IndiaMART, Alibaba, and other B2B portals and convert them into leads/orders.
Maintain and update customer database in Excel.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Graduate.
1-2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / B2B sales .
Good communication skills in English .
Familiarity with IndiaMART, Alibaba, Apna, will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
