We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients/customers, maintaining relationships, and driving successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers for product, service, or event promotions. Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales/registrations. Maintain and update the database with accurate client information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign execution. Provide feedback from clients/customers to improve services and offerings.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales/customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools (preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
