. This role requires strong communication, persistence, and professionalism to ensure a high conversion of leads into meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily follow-ups with cold and hot leads.
Explain company services clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
Fix appointments and maintain a seamless communication flow with the Co-founder's calendar.
Update and maintain lead status reports regularly.
Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion rates.
Requirements
Must be a
graduate
in a relevant field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
Excellent communication skills
and strong
English proficiency
are mandatory.
Comfortable with cold calling, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
