We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products/services and answer customer queries. Generate leads and set appointments . Maintain a database of customer information and update . Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally. Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum

, 12th pass

Proven experience in a telecalling, sales, or customer service role is a plus. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. A positive attitude and a passion for customer engagement.
