Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tele caller who will be responsible for confirming customer orders and verifying delivery addresses over phone calls. This role does not involve sales or target-based calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation.*
Verify customer details such as name, contact number, and delivery address.*
Update confirmed information accurately in the system.*
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.*
Coordinate with the dispatch/delivery team for smooth order processing.*

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.*
Good communication skills in [languages needed - e.g., Hindi/English/regional].*
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).*
Patient, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.*
Prior experience in telecalling/customer support will be an advantage.*
