Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details in database/CRM.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales or appointments.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Experience in telesales/customer service will be an advantage (freshers welcome).
