Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer enquiries.
Provide product and service information to clients.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment collections.
Maintain call logs, customer records, and payment status in CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and clients.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as Telecaller / Customer Support / Accounts Follow-up role.
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emailing, CRM).
Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
