Job Description

Required an experienced telecaller at Keynu Aesthetics. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our services, address queries, generate sales, and maintain positive client relationships. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, combined with prior experience handling sales or customer service calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers to explain our treatments and services, resolve queries, and generate leads or sales.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, customer information, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets set by the organization through effective communication and negotiation.
Update and manage databases of customer contact details and call outcomes.
Adapt scripts and sales pitches to meet the needs and feedback of different clients.
Gather, document, and relay client feedback to improve our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to switch conversational styles as needed.
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle and resolve objections or rejection calmly and professionally.
High school diploma, with graduation in sales, marketing, or related fields preferred.
Sales-related training or a proven track record in meeting targets is an advantage.
Strong organization, data entry, and record-keeping skills.
