Job Summary:

The Telecaller will serve as the first point of contact for patients and inquiries related to IVF and fertility treatments. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate information about services, scheduling consultations, and maintaining excellent patient relationship management to ensure a smooth and compassionate patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously. Respond to patient queries related to IVF, fertility treatments, procedures, consultation timings, and clinic facilities. Provide accurate information while maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality. Convert inquiries into appointments through effective communication and patient engagement. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow up on missed or rescheduled visits. Maintain patient records and update CRM/Excel with call logs and appointment details. Follow up with potential leads (walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, campaigns). Assist patients with basic guidance on pre-visit requirements and documentation. Collaborate with doctors, counselors, and clinic staff for seamless patient experience. Ensure high standards of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism in every interaction.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English, regional language preferred). Empathetic and patient-centric approach. Strong listening and problem-solving ability. Basic knowledge of healthcare/IVF/fertility services (preferred, training can be provided). Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Persuasive skills for inquiry-to-appointment conversion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
