Keep records of calls, customer details, and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language as required).
Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain motivation.
Prior experience in calling/telecalling/customer service will be an added advantage.
