We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic professional who can be the voice of our brand while managing client communication effectively.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Relationship & Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for:
Reaching out to potential clients through telecalling and follow-ups.
Managing communication with existing clients and updating them on project progress.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of digital marketing projects.
Supporting business development by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch our services.
Handle inbound queries and explain services clearly.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing updates on ongoing projects.
Document and track client interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure client requirements are being met.
Assist management with client feedback and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in telecalling, client servicing, or sales support (preferred in a digital marketing agency).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, branding, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
