at our e-commerce packaging company, your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with potential and existing customers, and assist in driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the voice of the company and contribute to building trust and loyalty with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
Handle inbound customer queries regarding products, orders, or support
Follow up on leads generated by the sales and marketing team
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in CRM
Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and support teams for customer needs
Share updates on offers, new arrivals, and loyalty schemes with customers
Assist in resolving minor customer complaints and escalating when needed
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com., BBA, etc.)
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service ,Banking, Finance
Strong communication and listening skills
Polite, confident, and persuasive phone manner
Basic knowledge of Excel Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred
Ability to multitask and follow-up diligently
