We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller Executive to join our finance team. The role involves outbound and inbound calling to potential customers, explaining financial

products/services, and converting leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients for loan.

Explain benefits.

Handle customer queries and follow up on leads, insurance.

Maintain call records and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance preferred).

Proficiency in local language and Hindi/English.

Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Pay: ?18,626.64 - ?20,000.00 per month
