Key Responsibilities:
Call existing and potential customers to inform them about products, services, or promotional offers.
Answer incoming calls and resolve queries or complaints.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Schedule follow-up calls and maintain customer relationships.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs.
Work closely with the sales or support team for efficient lead conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is a plus.
Proven experience as telecaller or similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persistence and results-driven attitude.
Sales mindset and a polite, confident attitude.
Outbound Calling:
Initiate telephone calls to potential customers from a prepared list or CRM system.
Promote the company's offerings clearly and convincingly.
Explain product or service features, pricing, and benefits.
Inbound Handling:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Redirect calls to the appropriate departments when necessary.
