Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or leads.
Explain products or services clearly and effectively to customers.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions or services.
Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM system.
Follow up with interested prospects via calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.
Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a telecaller or similar role (Freshers can also apply depending on requirement).
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages - e.g., Hindi, English, or any regional language].
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Positive attitude, convincing ability, and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or 12th Pass (depending on the role level).
Prior experience in telesales, customer service and lead generation is a plus
