dynamic, well-spoken, and English-fluent telecallers
(male or female) to manage admissions, sale franchise, inquiries, and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and guardians for admissions
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about programs
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule and database using CRM tools
Assist in coordinating promotional activities and school events
Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets
Candidate Requirements:
Female both eligible to apply
Minimum 1 year of telecalling/customer support experience (education sector preferred)
Fluency in English is mandatory
(verbal & written)
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Comfortable with basic computer tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
