Tele Caller
to join our growing Modular Kitchen and Furniture brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential customers, following up with interested leads, and maintaining accurate records using Excel and Word. A pleasant personality and excellent communication skills are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential leads from provided databases or listings.
Conduct follow-up calls to warm/qualified leads to drive conversions.
Explain product offerings clearly, highlighting the value of our modular kitchens and furniture solutions.
Maintain and update call records, lead status, and customer information in Excel and Word documents.
Schedule appointments for site visits or design consultations when needed.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.
Provide accurate information and resolve any customer queries professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and design teams to coordinate next steps for qualified leads.
Requirements:
Experience:
0-1 years in tele calling, preferably in furniture, interiors, real estate, or similar domains.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Languages: e.g., English and Hindi].
Technical:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.
Personality:
Pleasant and confident on the phone; strong listening and persuasion skills.
