We are looking for a

motivated and dynamic Tele Caller

to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls efficiently. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are enthusiastic about building a career in customer service and tele sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Provide information about products/services and generate interest. Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner. Maintain records of calls and update customer information accurately in the database. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with clients.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in English. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
