Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our services.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Generate and follow up on leads to support the business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handling and conversions.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive, friendly phone manner.
Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
What We Offer:
Fixed stipend:
?5,000/month during the 3-month probation period.
Performance-based commission:
?5,000-?35,000.
