Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller for IT Products at Minerva Infosolution. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the IT hardware rental, repair, sale, and purchase services offered by the company, answering customer queries, and maintaining customer records and feedback.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in telemarketing or customer service Knowledge of IT hardware products and services Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Proficiency in MS Office tools Experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
