. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective students, informing them about various courses and colleges, and assisting in the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents regarding educational programs
Explain courses, colleges, fees, and scholarship options
Follow up on leads generated via campaigns and referrals
Maintain call records and update CRM tools regularly
Convert leads into confirmed admissions
Coordinate with the counseling and operations team as needed
Meet daily and monthly call/closure targets
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi and good English
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
