Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and manage loan products to user base. You will play a critical role in driving revenue through customer acquisition and relationship management in the digital lending space.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and promote personal loan products via outbound and inbound channels. Explain product features, eligibility, and terms to customers clearly and effectively. Maintain customer records and track the loan sales process from lead to disbursal. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and product) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to improve the offering and sales strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial products or digital lending. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a high-pressure environment. Basic knowledge of loan products and credit policies is a plus.
