Tele Caller Executive

to join our team and enhance the overall client experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and explain our bridal collections and services. Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and informative manner. Schedule appointments for client visits, fittings, and consultations. Follow up with clients regarding appointments, orders, and feedback. Maintain organized records of client interactions, preferences, and schedules. Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams for smooth client servicing. Assist with basic administrative tasks related to client engagement. Stay informed about current bridal trends and offerings to guide clients effectively. Build a positive rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a tele calling or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or garment industry. Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a pleasant phone manner. Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in bridal fashion and delivering excellent customer service. Prior experience in a bridal or retail setting is a plus.
