We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers, answering incoming calls, addressing customer queries, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain a database of customer information and follow up on old leads. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues. Maintain call quality and adhere to company policies.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in [Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Regional languages] Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.) Persuasive and goal-oriented Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred) Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus Freshers are welcome
