Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Answering patient calls:

Receive incoming calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, test results, general medical questions, and concerns.

Appointment scheduling:

Book appointments for patients with doctors and specialists based on availability and patient needs.

Patient information gathering:

Collect necessary patient details like medical history, insurance information, and contact details.

Providing medical information:

Explain medical procedures, treatment options, and answer basic health-related questions within the scope of practice.

Reminder calls:

Make outbound calls to remind patients about upcoming appointments or necessary follow-ups.

Handling complaints:

Address patient concerns and complaints effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

Data entry and recordkeeping:

Update patient records with call details, appointment information, and relevant notes.

Patient feedback collection:

Gather feedback from patients regarding their experience with the clinic and services.
Required skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Strong listening skills to understand patient concerns and requests Only Females Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
