Appointment scheduling:
Book appointments for patients with doctors and specialists based on availability and patient needs.
Patient information gathering:
Collect necessary patient details like medical history, insurance information, and contact details.
Providing medical information:
Explain medical procedures, treatment options, and answer basic health-related questions within the scope of practice.
Reminder calls:
Make outbound calls to remind patients about upcoming appointments or necessary follow-ups.
Handling complaints:
Address patient concerns and complaints effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.
Data entry and recordkeeping:
Update patient records with call details, appointment information, and relevant notes.
Patient feedback collection:
Gather feedback from patients regarding their experience with the clinic and services.
Required skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong listening skills to understand patient concerns and requests
