Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller who can handle both inbound and outbound calls. The candidate must be fluent in

Hindi, Assamese, and English

. The primary responsibility will be to contact customers regarding new product launches, ongoing offers, and provide support for customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound calls

and assist customers with their queries. Make

outbound calls

to customers to inform them about new product launches and special offers. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Update customer information and call status in the system. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines. Generate interest in products and convert leads when possible. Report daily call performance to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Fluency in

Hindi, Assamese, and English

(mandatory). Prior experience in inbound or outbound calling preferred. Good communication and listening skills. Ability to handle customer objections confidently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools). Pleasant voice and polite speaking manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
