Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Answer inbound calls and address customer queries, complaints, or issues effectively.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines while interacting with customers.
Maintain a detailed record of all interactions in the CRM system.
Persuade customers to purchase products/services or renew subscriptions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
:
Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
