Job Title: Telecaller We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting and selling our products/services. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and persuasion skills. Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calls: Place calls to potential customers from our database and engage in effective conversations to promote our products/services. 2. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of our offerings to effectively communicate and address customer queries. 3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound calling, ensuring a steady pipeline for the sales team. 4. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our products/services. 5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing concerns and providing information to ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach. 7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is properly documented. 8 Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer responses and market trends to contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications: 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus. 2. Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. 2.
