We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting potential customers into clients by explaining our services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Explain company services, products, and offers to clients in a clear and persuasive manner. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding interior design and furniture solutions. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details. Follow up with clients through calls, emails, or messages to ensure a smooth sales process. Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales and design teams. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months to 5 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or a similar role (experience in the interior design or furniture industry is a plus). Excellent communication skills in English. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). A customer-focused and results-driven approach.
