Roles and responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads generated from:
WhatsApp enquiries and website forms
Instagram DMs and comments
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms
Google Ads and Google My Business enquiries
Understand client requirement (wedding date, venue, budget, type of shoot) and explain our packages clearly.
Fix meetings/Zoom calls for the sales/owner and schedule office visits.
Maintain proper lead sheet/CRM with status
Daily WhatsApp follow-up
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for meetings booked and conversions
Required skills
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi + basic English (regional language is a plus).
Comfortable talking to unknown people on calls and WhatsApp.
Mobile and WhatsApp friendly: can handle DMs, voice notes, quick replies and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Target-focused, disciplined in follow-up and record-keeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
